Current guest rates:

• Weekend rates - $115 per night (minimum of three nights)
• Weekend = Thursday thru Sunday -or- Friday thru Monday
• Weekly rates - $735

    These rates apply to all but the following: Fourth of July, Fall Ride, Labor Day Weekend
    and Memorial Day Weekend. Please call for details regarding those special days.

  Policies:

• Rates are based on a maximum of six occupants / vistors
• An additional $65 is added to and required for cleaning service on all rentals
• A deposit of one half the rental is due up front to hold a reservation
• The entire payment for the rental is due two weeks prior to reservation
• No pets allowed
• No smoking allowed
